Visitors with disabilities
The entire museum is wheelchair accessible, except for the bridge in the Swedish Gallery, which can only be reached via stairs. Wheelchairs and folding chairs can be borrowed. The museum has an accessible toilet in the entrance hall and there is a lift between the floors.
Disabled parking spots are available outside the main entrance.
The museum has an infrared hearing system in The Birgit Rausing Hall (the auditorium). To use this facility please contact a member of the staff.
Lockers are available in the entrance hall.
Only guide and service dogs are allowed in the museum.
Entry is free for personal assistants accompanying disabled visitors to the museum.
Baby stroller and baby changing facilities
Baby strollers are allowed inside the museum. A changing table is located in the accessible toilet.

We offer our visitors free Wi-Fi. Please ask the staff in the reception for log-in details.
