Piano concert: Thomas Clausen

Inauguration of the museum's grand piano – donated in Professor Barbro B. Johansson's memory from Kungliga Fysiografiska Sällskapet in Lund.

For the premier evening, no less than the Danish jazz pianist and composer Thomas Clausen is invited to give a concert in theBirgit Rausings hall. For over forty years, Clausen has worked and recorded with international jazz artists such as Ben Webster, Dexter Gordon and many more. As a composer he has an extensive catalog and has received a wide range of awards, including a Danish grammy for "Café Noir" and work contributions from the Danish Art Foundation.
